Yet each one of us, in our particular position and circumstance, is capable of doing the above.

Try this -

1. Loosen your clothing if it is restrictive
2. Sit comfortably on a chair with back erect but not arched or strained
3. Take a few deep breaths
4. Focus your attention on the breathing process
5. Watch, inwardly, the rise and fall of the diaphragm – nothing else
6. When thoughts come be aware of them as they come and go but don’t hold them or cling to them – no matter how good or bad

Do this for 5 minutes each day

Watch what begins to happen after a little while
