Bawa Muhaiyaddeen once said that the purpose of this life was to have a ‘melting heart’ and to serve others with that heart.

Without a ‘melting heart’ we are not peaceful, hence we can not bring peace to another person.

To find peace in our own heart we need to dig deep down into ourselves so that we can discover and understand our own destructive qualities as well as the potential of our good qualities to heal any illness.
