Patience,tolerance,forgiveness,compassion,wisdom,understanding,faith ,certitude,determination,love,forbearance,peacefulness,justice,truthfulness,generosity,fair play,love for all beings,duty,conscience,and unity. Each of these qualities is a service and each quality serves you.They are all the heavenly beings; each quality is an angel; each quality is a guard that surrounds and protects you. Each quality is a light,a lamp,for your house. Each quality does duty to you and carries you to heaven. The qualities of God serve you. God’s qualities serve God and if you take on these qualities they will serve you also.Other than this there is nothing else.This is what we have to think about.

Slowness is a great aid to true peace of mind. It is impossible to maintain awareness when you are rushing around. The movements of an enlightened being are never hurried. All of us can learn to move more slowly no matter what we are doing; driving, eating, walking, talking. The practice of awareness is first experienced from the outside in, but soon it takes hold within us; we assimilate the slowness; we become the slowness. Slowness is a first cousin to patience, which is the mother of all good qualities.

Do not live your life 

 by trusting in the world

The world will surely deceive you.

  Try with wisdom to catch

and tie up the wandering mind

And you will know the explanation

of the unique birth of man.
