I know I’ll be 

gone in a little

while.

We all go.

I feel some sense 

of urgency, but

mostly I watch.

I know I need

that special sense

That comes from

the center

of my heart.

It sees through the

filter of God,

removes fear,

And places each 

thing in its

proper light

Eternity in a grain

of sand always

sounded good.

I’m beginning

to see how 

it’s possible
